Where scaffolding and formwork sites lose the enquiry
Each of these is common, cheap to fix, and costs an enquiry that never arrives — so nobody ever reports it.
Load capacity stated without a standard or configuration
Capacity depends entirely on configuration. A single headline number is not usable by anyone designing a scaffold and will not satisfy an inspector.
Compatibility with other systems not addressed
Contractors own mixed stock. Whether your components work with theirs is often the deciding commercial question.

Questions suppliers ask
How should load capacity be published?
As a table by configuration, with the standard named, rather than a single headline figure. Scaffold designers work from configuration tables and site inspectors check against them. A headline number is useless to both and undermines confidence in the rest of the specification.
Does compatibility with other manufacturers matter commercially?
It is often the deciding factor. Contractors buy incrementally and rarely replace a whole yard at once. Stating clearly which systems your components work with, and which they do not, wins the buyers who are expanding and avoids the disputes that come from assumed compatibility.
What certification do buyers actually check?
Load test certification against the system standard, material certificates for the steel, and coating certificates where galvanised. On regulated sites these are checked at delivery, so publishing them in advance shortens acceptance and marks you out from suppliers who cannot.
