How do I evaluate a mining equipment OEM's website before requesting a quote?

Check the equipment's duty rating and capacity under stated ore conditions, the wear material specification and expected wear life, and the throughput the equipment is rated to sustain. Then check where site support and spares are held, because mining equipment that is down is losing production every hour it is not running, and a supplier without a support network carries a hidden cost that the capital price never reflects.

What is the single most persuasive thing a mining OEM can publish?
