Questions suppliers ask

How should cycle life be published?

With the depth of discharge, charge rate, temperature and end-of-life criterion stated. Those conditions change the number several-fold, so a figure without them is not a specification. Publishing the full conditions is unusual and immediately marks a serious supplier.

Why does transport classification belong on a product page?

Because it determines whether the product can be shipped and how, and buyers frequently discover the constraint after design freeze. Stating the classification and the testing you hold prevents a delay that would otherwise be blamed on you.

What should be said about safety incidents?

State the safety standards the product is tested to, the protection built in, and the handling and storage requirements. Buyers are managing a real hazard with regulatory attention on it, and a supplier who treats safety as a specification rather than a reassurance is easier to justify internally.
